The system automatically removes addresses when someone uses the "remove from list" link and when a "Hard Bounce" occurs. Of course, this information is detailed in your reports. (A hard bounce is a message that can not be delivered . . . ever. A delivery error generated because the e-mail address does not exist is an example of a hard bounce.)

Auto-Responder - Drip Campaign - Triggered E-mails

An auto responder can be called a drip campaign or triggered e-mail, but essentially they are automated e-mails. They can be a single e-mail or a series of triggered e-mails.

For example: When someone joins your distribution list you could automatically send a welcome message, send a quick user's guide a week later, then a follow up message a month after they signed up.

Or you could send birthday or anniversary greetings triggered by the date.

Special Pricing: You don't get charged the usual $10 fee plus 2 cents for each address, you will simply be charged 2 cents for each e-mail address sent to! Anyone sending at least one campaign a month is going to love our monthly prices. Basically, you pay a low monthly fee based on your number of active subscribers.* This monthly fee will then adjust automatically as your list grows or shrinks. Here is the pricing for up to 50,000 subscribers:

 * An active subscriber is one who is on a list and not unsubscribed, deleted or bounced out, meaning they will receive any emails sent to that list. To determine the number of active subscribers, we simply add up the total number of active subscribers in all of the client's lists.
