Our clients own the copyright on any materials we create for them. For example: You have the right to use your logo on other projects without obtaining permission or being charged additional fees by Mid Minnesota Marketing.

If we use stock images or other images where the copyright is owned by a third party, they retain the copyright ownership of those images. For example: A brochure or webpage may contain a stock photo purchased for that specific use. You may need to pay additional fees to the owner of the image to use it on additional marketing materials.
